Sorry, this has to be the most ridiculous new thing ever...I've been to this pharmacy many times, but had never used the drive-thru before.
We thought it would be quicker, silly us.
My husband has a penchant for picking the slowest lines anywhere we go and this was another one for the books. After awhile (it felt like 20+ minutes), he reversed and we went in another line. We were helped quickly and kindly, but turns out the dermatologist needs to talk to the pharmacist, so nothing was ready for us, so we waited in line for no reason, only to become frustrated.
