I had scheduled a mammogram, but wasn't able to go to the appointment because of Covid protocols, but of course I didn't know that until I was already in the medical building...
It wasn't wasted time though, because I had a refreshing caramel macchiato at Uptown Perk, located in the Multicare Medical Park.
It was a coffee shop I didn't even know existed!
And it's owned by an old acquaintance, so I was happy to support a very small, local business.
