Three months later it had a population of 5 million.
1 million people killed in genocide.
And not by weapons of mass destruction.
Mostly by machetes.
I think that evil leaders can be more dangerous than weapons of mass destruction.
And then there were orphans, physical wounds, mental injuries, infrastructure gone, families destroyed, entire generations obliterated and the AIDS crisis.
This evening I had the pleasure of listening to three Rwandans who work for Youth for Christ in Rwanda.
Yay for Hope!
