Hung out at a coffee shop writing letters and it seems that I have consumed just about every beverage available and I felt like I needed something healthy so,

Umpqua Oats
Tasty and they have names reminiscent of Ben & Jerry Ice Cream flavors.
Okay, okay, I admit I have tried other flavors before, but today was the first time I tried "R U Nuts".
Spent $4.10 on 2.7 ounces of goodness, if you order online it's $3.25. That seems expensive to me, but when I think about spending four bucks on breakfast that seems reasonable....
I guess I don't know the going rate of oatmeal.
