In celebration of this leap day I tried Mango Butter -
(yes, similar in name to Fig Butter, but very different)
Texture: smooth and silky
Taste: ultra sweet
Color: looks like a pureed mango or baby food
Consistency: a bit runny for toast, but would be yummers on ice cream
Verdict: Don't need to buy it again - who wants a mango on crack?
