I have no idea what Usuluteca means
And like your mother used to say "never judge by outward appearance" 

Or appearances in general

"ensalada" = salad drink with lots of fruit,
 you have to drink it thru a bubble straw- it's super refreshing and delicious - don't be afraid
and pupusas de pollo and loroco
