6/9 Sound to Seattle

Jaron running the Sound to Narrows 2k - he didn't stop once!

Karis and I crossing the 5k finish line together.
She wanted to beat 30 minutes.
She ran 29:54 and that included stopping and puking.
She's a "real" runner now!

 And then we headed to Seattle - if you are going to do the "tourist thing" in Seattle - City Passes are the way to go.

What a day! 
Started with a run
Oh, so fun.
Then to see the needle - there was no wheedle.
Imagine and explore
opening doors
to the heros of the past, 
but gotta go fast, 
so much to learn
and everyone wants another turn.  
City pass is cheaper than gas.
Where's a seat? I need to put up my feet.
