11/7 Blossom Vegetarian

Some dear Seattle friends of mine are vegetarian and food sensitive.

We (okay, they) found this great place in between us in Renton.

My first experience with seitan (the reddish stuff that isn't a tomato).
It's gluten - a vegetarian wheat meat - and I have to admit, quite tasty.

Do you have food sensitivities? 
How about life sensitivities?
