7/11 Dragon Fruit

In all it's odd looking glory 

We learned the proper way to cut it from the internet

So good, it was gone
All the little taste tasters said it was mix between jicama and kiwi.

I've had dragon fruit before but only in interesting mixed salads in SE Asia, though they are grown in Latin America too.
Jicama or Kiwi or do you prefer the fruit of the dragon?
