Costa Rica beat Italy today!

In other words...David beat Goliath!

Costa Rica, the little country that could, is now the only Central American country ever to win two World Cup games and advance.

We couldn't be more excited or emotionally exhausted - those four additional minutes were the longest in Costa Rican history! 

And yes, I'm considering this my Something New today because WOW, just WOW!

Costa Rica, thank you for not flopping and staying on your feet today. Pura vida!
And watching it on Univision, just makes it that much more emotional and fun!
